While striving to provide the best possible service, the date should officially be set months in advance. The event date and service will be secured when the signed contract and deposit have been received. All bookings for weddings are made on a “first-come-first serve” basis. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed agreement and deposit.

A non-refundable deposit of $10 each from all appointments is required to hold the event date, as well as travel fee. The remaining balance of services must be paid on the event date. Deposit can be paid by cash or venmo.

There is a $50 flat fee for traveling to your location, which includes services within 20 miles of me. For additional mileage, it is $1.00 per mile to and from your venue and my home. Any travel over 100 miles may require an overnight stay the night before the event date at the contract holder’s expense.

Please note if there are any restrictions or ideas for the bridal party members on the morning of the event. If bridal party members are apprehensive or unsure of a style or look prior to the event date, please offer them a consultation or trial with me to clear up any concerns. Time is essence and communication is key, especially on your event date. Tardiness results in scheduling and service conflicts for bridal party members and/or anyone that follows. If a bridal party member is more than 20 minutes late for an appointment they may not be able to receive service and be liable for full payment. This policy must remain in effect out of respect for other contract holders that may follow.

Once a contract is signed, the use of photo images taken may be posted on social media pages and the professional website to promote hair styling services. Please tag me in any social media images. My Instagram handle is @styles_bylauren.
